Umm, no it's not. Btw, even if it was, I wouldn't be able to edit the source code. You have to rehost for that. That's why I rehosted early - crappy free forum hosts suck. (CFFHS - remember it)

It isn't phpBB3, you can tell by looking at the private message system, you can also tell by the fact that there isn't a UCP.
